The Ethics, Compliance, and Audit Services (ECAS) Internal Audit team provides the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø¿ª½± System, the four universities and MU Health CareÌýindependent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve operations. ECAS reports directly to theÌýBoard of CuratorsÌýand its mission is authorized by the Internal Audit Charter. Additionally, the Board has a designatedÌýBoard of Curators Audit CommitteeÌýthat oversees the audit function.
