- The President, through the Chancellors, is responsible for all aspects of the fiscal administration of student activities programs.
- Each Chancellor shall establish appropriate and prudent procedures to ensure fiscally responsible use of funds supporting various student activities programs.
- Each Chancellor shall establish procedures to ensure student participation in budget planning and implementation of student activities programs. A description of these procedures shall be broadly available to students.
- Approval of student activities budgets shall reside with each Chancellor.
