Programs, Grants, Loans and Contracts -- In any cooperative program, participation program, application for grant, application for loan, contract or other program or undertaking of whatsoever nature, under any Public Law of the United States, with any department, agency or office or division of the Government of the United States, or any contractor therewith, which has been authorized by the Board of Curators or its designated representative, all applications, contracts, reports, agreements or instruments, of ��ϲʹ��, a public corporation, may be executed in the name of ��ϲʹ�� and signed by the President thereof or the President of the University, or the Vice President for Finance and Administration, or the Treasurer of the University, with the corporate seal affixed, attested by the Secretary, and all such officers shall be authorized agents of the Curators of the ��ϲʹ��, a public corporation, for such purposes.

The University hereby reaffirms its commitment to complying with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1965, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq., prohibiting discrimination in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
Those officers and employees of the Curators of the University authorized to execute instruments on its behalf are hereby specifically authorized to execute, in connection with an application for federal financial assistance, such assurance of Title VI compliance as may be required by a federal department or agency as a condition to the application’s approval and extension of federal financial assistance, upon approval thereof by the Office of the General Counsel as to form.
