When troubleshooting Web pages and applications, the Web Communications team may ask you to provide a screen shot (also known as a screen grab or screen capture) of the page in question to help diagnose the problem.
To do this in Windows
- Go to the site or page in question using your browser.
- Press the "Print Screen SysRq" key on your keyboard. This is usually in the upper right above the number pad or at the top of the keyboard above the arrow keys.
- Start a new e-mail and press Ctrl + V.
To do this in Mac
- Go to the site or page in question using your browser.
- Press Command + Shift + 3
- Start a new e-mail and press Command + V.
